One of our agent who is using External Link is reported of not able to view new tickets.
He can only see the tickets with same status of 15 days old..His access privileges are untouched..
Appreciate your help in finding the possible reasons for this cause..

To be in details, One of the agent who accessed OTRS using internal link before going to another country. Now, he logged in using External link and to his surprise he can see the same old tickets (No new ones) with same status (Those tickets status was now changed). Oflate, He also reported of even not able access OTRS, its timing out.
Where as, We noticed both the links are working fine from our end.
