Managing field service activites

We are doing a software selection and OTRS is in a good position to enter our shortlist,
but we haven't found any extention of OTRS to manage our field engeneer activities
It has a good workorder management function for Change Management but we think it is not good enough for repair activities
(tracking spare-parts, RMA, and so on)

Do you have any suggestion ? (an optional module in OPAR, a companion software, ... anything)
