"Refiltering" tickets
Hello!
I have set up a OTRSsystem and sent loads of test data to it. Now i have got the filter there and up and ready to sort it down to different ques and sub-ques, hopefully in a correct fashion, and i an want to filter my already downloaded tickets - how do i do that? Is there a perlscript i have overlooked for it - otrs.PostMaster.pl?
best regards

Re: "Refiltering" tickets
If they're in "Raw", for instance, you should just use a Generic Agent to filter them.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Re: "Refiltering" tickets
Strange follow up:
I have set in the Generic Agent:
Ticket Filter
Subject: \[request_order\]*
(Queue: *)
Ticket Action:
Set new queue: Questions -> (subque) order
And it works like a charm.
But the mail filter that suppose to do the same but on fetching the mail does not:
PostMaster Filters
Subject: \[request_order\]*
X-OTRS-FollowUp-Queue
Questions::order
What is wrong with the mailfilter when the settings for the Genric Agent is correct?

Re: "Refiltering" tickets
It works as it should!!!
Thanks for the good support!
I would like to put in a request that the lists in the drop down should be sorted in a more "semantic" way. For example:
- It is not logical that the, probably, most set Email-Hearder should be that far away down the list...
