Queue is missing

Queue is missing
Hello, i have i queue problem. When i go to admin tab -> queues dont appear just one queue, but when i go to mysql appear this queue to me. I have full adminstrator access on this server, can anyone help me?
OTRS 3.3 + OTRS 3.2 + OTRS 3.1 + OTRS 3.0 + FreeBSD + MySQL

if your user doesn't belong to the group that the queue belongs to, you won't see it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
