I have just make faild otrs backup with mysqldump tool, after that I can't enter agent web interface, because the fields login, password are inactive. But Customer interface work perfect. I can't understand what happened

it seems that your file permissions are not correct as the js and css was not loaded (or the cache generated). SO fix your installation
