Hi All,

Would you please guide me how to delete old entries.
Let be elaborate.The scenario is ,I am a agent,I need to delete all the entries appearing in my dashboard that created one month ago.Also need to delete some specific tickets.
Also please specify how to delete a customer.

delete tickets is pretty easy. Use generic agent to find them and delete them.
delete customers ... not so much, but then again, you can invalidate them and/or reuse the entire entry for a different customer.

Tickets store a text value of customer login name and customer_id (by default, an email address) and while those *can* link back to a customer entry, they don't have to do so, especially as otrs will generate tickets directly from email without customer entries existing. There's a change that can be made to mitigate that: http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=6586.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

How can i delete previous 5months tickets from backend , is any job run from command line.??
