Software error after Installation - mismatched tag 'HEAD'

After new installation of otrs 3.0.11 on a Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2, the following message comes up after successfull login:

Software error:

mismatched tag 'HEAD'

For help, please send mail to webmaster...

Any idea?

I found in other threads that you need an internet connection for first-startup. our proxy/firwall was probably the error.
first-startup with a none-proxy/firewall based internet-connection was successful.
