Mail Error. Could't set FROM: 555 5.5.2 Syntax error.

Everybody Good day!
Sorry for my bad English, my native is Russian.
I have OTRS 3.0.11, installed at Debian. I don't know Linux and because of it installation made my friend. Before asking here I tried to resolve problem by myself and studied the manual, but it didn't help me.
Corporate post is hosting at Google Apps.

Some system settings:
Core:
FQDN - support.domain.ru
NotificationSenderEmail - support@domain.ru
Core::Sendmail
SendmailModule::AuthUser - support@domain.ru
Mail Account management - support@domain.ru
At edit your preferences at "Email settings" all 4 notification is "YES".

All mail setting is correct because when I:
1. send mail through "Admin notificaion"everybody receive my message.
2. push "feths mail" at "PostMaster mail accounts" I receive messages sent to support@domain.ru.
3. answer to to ticket through ticket-interfece the recipient receive my message.

The problem is that when mails must be send through system by rule or by schedule the OTRS can't send mail I receive errors:

Sent agent 'test' notification to 'name.secondname@domain.ru'.
Can't use from 'Компания': Could't set FROM: 555 5.5.2 Syntax error. i3sm13760814fah.11. a10sm13642250fam.20 - is allways diffrent.
Sent auto response (SendAutoReply) for Ticket ......
Impossible to send message to: UserName <email@rambler.ru>


Please help me in my problem

Your from address is not an email address.

crythias, thank you for your answer. I think that we have some miss understanding. In Russia we never write the correct domain name or IP-address. In my first message when I wrote "domain.ru" it was equivalent of the real domain name of my company. EXAMPLE: domain.ru=microsoft.com. The same way email@rambler.ru=real_user_name@rambler.ru

Компания is not an email address.

Компания is what I put in "Organization" field.
