Automating fetch mail with OnDemand edition

Hello,

I have set up fetching email on OTRS OnDemand Edition. It works fine when I click the refresh button but it seems it doesn't work automatically ?

Anyone faced this issue ?

it should run every 10 minutes

Yes but it seems it doesn't work. I have to pull mails into OTRS system manually using refresh button. In SysConfig, the PostMasterReconnectMessage parameter is set up with default value (20). Did I miss something ?
