Installation Error on Windows 7

Hi I am a newbie on OTRS ,may be this problem is very simple but i will go mad :(

When i install my laptop which is Windows 7 Enterprise edition , there is no problem everything is ok., but while i am trying to install on another server Windows 7 Professional , the installation process did not work and , the below message is taken. Please help
