how can we edit ticket already created..i know we can add notes to it later on ..but those would show as separate so is there any way we can edit the ticket and it is edited and does not become another article.....means it should not show separate what we edit instead we want this updated info to be part of the first article means ticket itself....but while we go there there is no option for to edit the ticket..........................

plz answer it and one thing more whats the purpose of merging of ticket...it takes to the page where it says merge it to the following ticket and then we need to email it to the customer...whats the use of all that...can anybody explain it with example.............one thng more how can we get benefit of free field option
