Reply page is slow

When I open a ticket and reply. The reply page is opening slowly. Earlier it use to open immediately but now it takes couple of seconds.
Could anyone help me on this ASAP please.

this can have multiple issues:

- to much load on the server (mostly because of not having enough resources like memory)
- slow network connection
- slow DNS queries

Thank you for the quick response.

-I am running OTRS on VM, I have allotted 512mb of memory, used is 440mb and available is 60mb.
-Network is good.
-I am not sure about the DNS quires. But what I have noticed is only for reply option there is a delay If am doing any other activates on OTRS I don’t see any issue.

How many people are working with the system 512 MB of RAM is not enough

7-9 members will be working...going forward it may increase...

So, most liekely the MX lookup via DNS is slow.

Your machine should have about 2GB of memory

Ok i will try to increase the memory. So what can i do to resolve the DNS issue.

check your DNS settings on the OTRS server
