No Agent Notifications?

No Agent Notifications?
For some reason, agent notifications, such as Agent::OwnerUpdate, are not being sent. I have verified that all notification options are enabled for my account. Event notifications are working. Nothing relevant appears in the system log. Where do I start?

After I sent this, I got a new ticket notification, so some parts are working. I'm most concerned with ownership changes...
I'm also occasionally getting this email:
Cron <otrs@hostname> $HOME/bin/otrs.PostMasterMailbox.pl >> /dev/null
Use of uninitialized value in subroutine entry at /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.1/IO/Socket/SSL.pm line 391.
I checked out both files, but it's relatively foreign to me. I assume I have something configured wrong, somewhere.
