Good documentation

Hello,

I am still a bit struggling about how the processes in OTRS (especially ITSM) are supposed to work and function. The Online Admin help is not really helping me and we are just doing trial an error right now to figure it out.

What we are missing is a user manual. Something that tells us how everything is supposed to work.

Is there a book or online help available?
