GenericAgent email notifications

Hi all,

I need to make my system possible to send me notifications in the following reasons:

1.When system has received new request it must check if nobody assigned whithin 1 hour after creation then agent must send notification to me
2. If first reply SLA time has expired and nobody respond then send notification to me.
3. If update time (SLA) has expired then send email notification to me.

Does it possible and how? I can't find good documentation. :?: :?: :?:

Hello again guys,

I beleive that they are basic features. May be they can't be done with GenericAgent...
Anybody knows how?

Create a new Generic Agent that runs every 10 minutes and checks for State = new, then change something (priority, state). Have Notification (event) react that change.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
