Hello,
i need to configure genericAgent to send an email to a specific email adress when escalation solution time has expired. I believe that it woul be through executing a CMD but i don't know how to do it.

This is possible in 3.0
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

in fact in found a solution to this issue!
i just run the generic agent to change th ticket priority and i created a notification based on ticketpriority change and i added an externel email notification article
