OTRS Report [SOLVED]

Just need some idea regarding what the OTRS community is using for reporting. I know OTRS provides some interesting feature but mot complete. My problem is that budbet is null therefore Crystal Report is not an option ... other than in-house development is anyone aware of interesting open source tools that work well with OTRS MySQL for reporting?

you can use Open Office with ODBC, Jasper Reports etc. There are loads of SQL based OS reporting tools

Ended up building what I need with MySQL report builder ... OTRS provides several out of the box report and the possibility to develop our own but for something real specific, an external tool is a must.
