ITSM not working with 3.0.11 for Windows - Need 3.1 version

Succesfully installed OTRS 3.0.11, and after tried to install ITSM (ITSM-3.0.91.opm), but it comes back with a framework error, saying;

"Sorry, can't install/upgrade package, because the framework version required by the package (3.1.x;) does not match your framework (3.0.11)!"

So, i tried to find the 3.1 version for windows, but the newest version i can find on the site is the 3.0.11 one.

Is there a 3.1 for Windows package available, and if so, where might i find it?

Edit: Forgot to mention, i'm installing on a standalone non-networked machine, in case that makes a difference...

use ITSM 3.0.5 which is for OTRS 3.0.x

The ITSM version 3.0.9x is beta and for the beta of OTRS 3.1.x
