Ticket answer email

Hey, I need some help here. When an agent responds to a customer's email ticket, the latter receives an email notification from system's email address. What I'd need to accomplish is to have the emails sent from each agent's email address.

Anyone?

thats the intention of a ticket system not to use the mail address of the agents
