Interface technicien

Bonsoir,
J'ai installé OTRS 2.4 sous suse 11.0
j'ai créé des techniciens et ils accède aux système en local sans pb via l'interface technicien (index.pl)
lorsqu'ils éssaient d'y accéder de l'extérieur, ils tombent sur l'interface client (Customer.pl)
Comment faire pour remedier à cette situation?

Your clients are not able to login via customer.pl?

Any error messages in the log?

I guess what he/she is trying to say is that when the Agents try to login from outside the network, they land on the "customer.pl" page, instead of the "index.pl" one.

I'm working on something similar, I want to make the "index.pl" page the default for the server, as we don't have customers accessing from the outside... Any ideias? :S
