Hello,
In the Admin Ticket Type management /otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminType I can add ticket types but there is no method of removing ticket types.
I see that setting them to invalid removes them from the selection dropdown but why is there no method of removing them from the system?

because this will break data integrety of the database for existing tickets
