OTRS crashes after clicking the close button on the close

Mostly OTRS crashes when an agent tries to close the ticket from the close ticket screen . After the agent writes the close message and hit submit, the browser will try to load for a while and gives "the website is not available" Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.

When ever this happens the Apache error is loged
