Is it possible to route tickets using Dynamic Fields

Hello!
I like new feature - Dynamic Fields. It really helps, but it is only first part.
Let's say user don't understand "queues and stuff", but as user he can choose he has problems with let's say water or electricity.
User fills ticket to default queue - for example buidling department and choose using dynamic fields he has problems with water.
Is it possible to automagically route ticket from default queue futher let's say to building department - to water works specialist.
It could eliminate some middle agent that should route ticket to another queue.
Or if user choose wrong queue, but we can figure out correct queue according to dynamic fields.
I think there could be more usage scenarios.
