Move Rights to ALL

Hi,

Currently OTRS allows me to move my tickets (I am the OWNER) to any Queue, but i would also like to move others tickets to other Queues, OTRS does not allow that now. Is there any other way from which i can move others ticket to other Queues?

You must have MOVE TO rights in all queues you want to move tickets to & -rw rights to move all tickets, not only where you the owner.

Hello,

I'm facing the same problem. I want service desk agents to be able to move tickets into another queue but right now it doesn't allow this to happen if you are not the owner. I've looked at the permissions and checked that all the agents are part of the group which has been assigned to the queue.

If some instructions to allow someone who is not the owner to move a ticket to another queue, I would appreciate it a lot.

Bump. I also would like to know if it is possible to configure the system so anyone can move a ticket, regardless of any statuses. Thanks!

You cannot move tickets that are locked by someone else. Use Generic Agent if you want to override, change owner to unlock and move ...
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
