Hi,
we would like to use the ITSM Module, that has recently been installed into our OTRS Ticket system.
I defined some services, that should now appear in the service-dropdown menu, creating a new ticket?!
And that's the problem, it does not appear, the service dropdown is empty and none of the defined services can be selected:
I tried to link the services created but did not find something. Please help, I do not have a clue how to configure this.
(I also read through the admin's manual, but did not find how to configure the services to be selectable in the drop-down menu)

you need to assign services as default sevice or to a customer. (you need also to select a customer in the phone ticket first)
