OTRS Macedonian translation

Hi,

I have started translation of OTRS on Macedonian language, but so far i came to a problem that is
when i select "Macedonian" and try to open new ticket like a customer, in the field text there is no
text editor( you cant write nothing).

Have someone similar issue or knows how to solve this particular problem?
