Hi!
I have a managed linux server at my webhoster. Also i have a local network with win server 2008 r2 and a virtualised xp system. Our Agents work usually in our local network. Customer access to otrs is not necessary.
What would be the better and more secure installation type for productive usage? Installation on my managed server or on my local network win xp system?
OTRS runs on both.
