RichText Fields and Change Start Times in Change Ticket

Hi y'all,

I'm slowly figuring out otrs. I have two questions though...

How can I add additional rich text fields besides Description and Justification to a Change Ticket? I need fields like "Installation Steps", "Backout Plan", etc..


How can I make planned start and end times show up as part of the new change ticket entry?

Why would the install plan, the backout plan, the risk plan, etc. each be a separate work order?

Also, it doesn't have to be RTF, it can just be a freetext field as we don't use rich text now, but I can't figure out how to make the field be more than one line long? Can I make a freetext show up as a textarea somehow?
