I'm an OTRS newbie.
Did my best to search the forum for this question before posting.
I'm creating responses and have a list of "OTRS field Names"
Several of which are working well for my purposes of embedding details about the
customer's email reply in our response, for example:
Dear <OTRS_TICKET_CustomerUserID>,
Thank you for your email with the Subject: <OTRS_CUSTOMER_Subject>
We will reply to your email address of: <OTRS_CUSTOMER_From>
I can't seem to find a field name for the date of the email. I've tried the logical "<OTRS_CUSTOMER_Date>"
but it returns blank.
The OTRS system's auto-inclusion of their email starts with:

So is there a field name for it?
Thanks,

Re: Is there a field name for the date of the email?
Thanks - that's close. However, I really need the date of the email to which I'm replying.zuckerbaeckerin wrote:Hi,

For example - email comes in, I send a reply to the user, she replies. I want to include her
reply, with date of her email, which may be days later, in my next reply.
Thanks,
Tim
