Display Custom States

Hi,

Please anyone can tell me how to display custom states in OTRS Agent menu so that a user can change state manually.I had already created Custom State and State Type but dont know how to show them in Agent menu.Please anyone can help me i will be very thankful :D

Hi
for add a new state to ticket you need enter the system and go admin menu, the next steep is select "State" in the "ticket settings" section, in this section you can add new states for the tickets and will be display in the list of new ticket state to create o reply a ticket.
