Guten morgen,
wir haben gestern ein Problem mit der Inline Darstellung von Bildern innerhalb des OTRS Systems festgestellt.
Unter Windows 7 steht das Snipping Tool zur Erstellung von Screenshots zur Verfügung. Wenn man aus dem Snipping Tool Programm heraus das Bild per Mail via Outlook an das OTRS System versendet wird es in der Ticketansicht (AgentTicketZoom) nicht angezeigt. Es wird nur ein grauer Kasten mit den lokalen Pfad, also C:\Username\Tmp.... angezeigt. Sobald man jedoch auf den Artikel antwortet und einmal auf den grauen Kasten klickt wird es nachgeladen. Das Bild wird dann auch per E-Mail wieder versendet und korrekt in OTRS angezeigt. Ziemlich komisch das Ganze ....
Kann jemand von euch das Problem nachstellen bzgl. habt ihr einen Workaround ?

sorry but I don't know German Language, but I tried to traduce your question with Google translator and I understand to have the same problem.
I know, the workaround is to don't send the image with the snipping tool, I think! But it's not a good solution if you work with a very lot of users...
We are offering the OTRS service with a new customer in order to convince them how is better work with this system and then to sell a new Help Desk contract. They are working also as Agents so they find this malfunction an obstacle.
Does anyone find the solution?
