Hello.
I am totally new to OTRS and not a developer by any stretch, but trying to see how far it's possible to get with configuring a system using the admin tools before we need to get a developer involved. So, with those limitations in mind I have a question about dynamic fields.
I have entered the values for my dynamic fields in the admin area (under the ticket section) and need to get them to appear in the ticket window. (both email and phone tickets).
There isn't anything in the online manual, and while I've found various postings online for how to activate them - and I've found the settings that seem to be right in the sys config menus, it's to no avail. They don't show up.
Can anyone offer a simple, step-by-step set of instructions on how, once my dynamic fields are set up, I can get them to appear in the ticket screen?
