Hi. I am trying to work out the best way to setup the following structure
My company provides services to other companies and it made up of a number of dept. for example. Finance, hr, client services, facilities, call centre
When anyone from one of these dept reports an IT fault we need to record the department for reporting. As part of the request we also need to record the company it relates to. I am hoping to get reports like the following
8 requests from HR. 4 relate to company A, 2 relate to company B and 2 are internal
Is this possible?? I am struggling to work it out.
Also. We need to alert staff when a service they are linked to changes state to amber or red such as send an email saying service123 is currently down. Is this possible
