Configuring NET::LDAP and Authenication

System: Win 2008 r2 64bit
Install: OTRS 3.0.10 with ITSM Latest version

I think my issues starts with the Net::LDAP I am not sure how to install or ensure its part of the Strawberry Perl that comes with the Windows install of OTRS. I can not get OTRS to Bind. The log continues to give us errors on the first binding. We use Secure LDAP in our Windows Domain and I am hoping there is a way to use OTRS with that. Nearly 1000 end users as customers is way to much for the 8 of us to handle inputting and maintaining. Can i get some assistance with this.

First, how do i know if i have the LDAP pieces installed correctly for NET::, and is there a easy windows installer?

Second, Once that is done, will this work in a secure LDAP setting. I don't want to spin my wheels on this too much longer.

I used this for years but wasn't the man when it came to the install and configurations, now I am trying to get my team away from a home grown solution but I can't get this off the ground. Help?
