Hello everyone,
I installed OTRS following a step-by-step instructions on a Windows Server 2008 R2 32-BIT with IIS 7, PERL, MSSQL. The installation is successful. I tried to do the first time, but after entering the correct username and password combination, I get a page with "Error 500" in the logs is logged correctly.
What could be the problem?

what does the apache log say?

Oops, I realized that I did not specify that as a web server I have IIS 7.0

then let us know what the IIS log says why the script fails

I'm having a similar problem. Nothing in the IIS log.
