Hi,
Imagine the following situation:
1. I have several customer companies each with several users.
2. I need to be able to add new customer users to ecah of these customer companies.
3. I need to be able to add new companies, with several users.
I provide Services to these companies. There are Services which I provide for more than one company. I have some SLA-s for these Services that are common for some companies and some that are not. These SLA-s are based on Priority, so I need different escalation times based on priorities.
What is the best solution to set up the configuration.
I tried to think in the following way:
1. I do not want to configure the securit options for the individual users but for companies. Can I manage this? It i important as there are a lot of companies with many users.
2. To be able to define the service levels for the priorities I need different SLA-s based on priority and service, and customer, and set the SLA-s automatically for the given combination.
3. I need customers be able to post tickets to their Services only. Can I do this considering the above facts.
Are there any ideas how to do it?
