It looks like otrs will only perform an ldap search in the to: line of a reply, and only for a single user.
So if I have a ticket and wish to send a cc: to someone, I have to first type their name into my mail client to lookup the email address, then copy that into otrs.
Is it possible to have otrs lookup the first user name in the to: field, then separate by a comma or semicolon and then perform a lookup on the next name? Or perform ldap lookups in the cc: field?
