Hi all,
I am trying to setup otrs on a linux pc, and connect to mailbox via IMAPs.
According to what I found on the diffrents topic,it is mentionned that inside ORTS>Admin>postmaster mailaccount
mail box should be configured to use IMAPS in the dropdox box.
Pb is that this choice doesn't appear (cf snap attached).
I have checked the perl modules installation, by running the checkModule perl scrip under opt/orts/bin/otrs.ChecksModules.pl,
but it gives as result that IMAP::SSL:Simple is correctly installed
Does someone have an idea, about root cause of the pb and possible solutions ?

Is IMAP/POP3 (which ever you're using) enabled in settings on the Google Account?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Yes it is. Imap is activated on google side.
Anyway, if it was not, this cannot explain why on otrs side IMAPS option doesn't appears in the drop down box, no ?
any clu how to make it appear in OTRS ?
