Hello all,
is there any chance to configure OTRS to grand access to a ticket for a user, who has been formerly processing this ticket, before it was assigned to another queue (which the user has nor rights for).
In other words: once a user was the owner of a ticket, he should have the rights to display it, even if he has no access to the queue it is currently in.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
