Hello everyone!
I am really new to this OTRS and i mainly have been reading the online manual and trying to figure it out on my own but as of right now I am stumped so I am looking for a way on how to get a email/notification pushed out so that if a agent or customer adds a note to a ticket the owner or the agents in the queue will be notified.
How to get a notification for when a note is added

By default, you will get a notification if you own the ticket [it is locked] and someone else adds a note and prefs enabled (?)
If the ticket is not locked, I am not sure.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
