i uninstalled and installed the 3.0.10 version right after installation it pulled the mail down worked all day then hangs again. I have tried to research
the issue and keep coming up empty. I am new at this. Need some help. Thanks

Wont fetch new mail
I was on the older version 3.01 windows all of a sudden OTRS quite pulling down mail. When you click fetch it goes out and tries then goes to a blank screen. When you check there is no new mail. Went to the mail server and the mail is still in the inbox.

... and the cron jobs (for windows) are activated and running (renamed the .dist files, ...)?
