I am trying to see if I can add a custom field to the Agent Data. I want to add the Field "Phone Number" to the Agent data, and be able to add the same to notifications sent to customers, once a ticket is assigned to a particular agnent
Any suggestions ?

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
