problems with the agent module notifications

Hi all
I have a problem with the module Notifación Agent, is not because I want to use the occasion when the notification example: Types Es :: Agent :: OwnerUpdate is, where is the text that will be used to notify the new owner of a ticket that has been assigned to him that ticket in my system I get the notification in this way: Types: Es :: ,Types does not appear the name of the notification and no text nungun shipping agent, the problem Tiengo all options which are in the form Notifación Agent.
I have installed OTRS on another computer is at zero, and review options Notifación Agent, the same ones that are good, with text respecivo whichever option you choose.
if anyone can help me how to fix this module without the need to reinstall the system and I tried migrating the data to a new facility but the same error happens in the module Notifación Agent, if I can replace any module or installation information zero to my system in use to solve this problem.
