Hallo,
in den meisten *View* kann man den Title einblenden und dadurch den Titel des Ticket ändern
Im Ticket -> Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewCompose sehe ich das nicht.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit beim Antworten an den Kunden den Titel direkt zu ändern?
