Disable AddNote notification

Hi

Agent gets notification if he is the ticket's owner and someone else adds a note.
I've disabled all notification options in agent preferences, but it is still sent.

How to disable AddNote notification ?

yes, sure it acan. But you'll destroy the logices behind OTRS. And need to redo this on every update
