Add a created field to the agent interface in the column

Hi, im trying to put a new field in the column TICKET INFORMATION in the interface agent.
i have created a dynamic field called TicketFreeText17 and i add in Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewFreeText
Key Content
TicketFreeText17 1

i add it but i cant see the new field in the column TICKET INFORMATION. do i need to configure any other place????
