Hi.,
I am looking for chat widget to enabled in our otrs applicaiton.., Which might facilitates admins to create a ticket on chat topic..,
As well - Agents can interact to users or customers - soon they receive ticket from users or customers.
Please help me how to Configure this option in step by step procedeure
Please do the needful.
