Moving the Elements and PRoirity
how can i move the place of priority tag to above the body of the new ticket window? Suppose that customer will chnage the priority of the sent message. So it will b an update. Suppose if customer didnt mention the proprity change, hw can we chk the existing priority that it was there before the priority update?

I want to remove this SLA and Service Fields, which is not hiding even if i disabled the SLA and service. And also i want to move the priority field to above the body.
