Hi there- when I have my queue open in large view, instead of seeing the original tickets by default, I see the auto response to each ticket, which says exactly the same thing for every ticket (see below)... this is kind of annoying; I have to click every ticket to view what it's about. Is there some way to show the initial ticket, not show the auto response, show the tickets in chrono order instead of reverse chrono, etc. Anything to make it so that the initial ticket shows. Even filtering out ALL responses from us might be better than the way it is now...
Any input appreciated...
