Hi all,
I can display free text when customer create new ticket by using Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###TicketFreeText in Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew.
However, customer can not want to change the value of fee text. When customer click reply there is no free text option for him to change the value that he set before.
Can any one tell me
1. how to display free text when customer click reply, so that he can change the value of free text
2. how to display free text only after customer choose "Close successfully" of next state field. I use this option for customer to evaluate agent's service quality before customer close the ticket.
Thank you very much

1. It is impossible to.
2. Use the Survey module for customer satisfaction survey.

Re: Display free text when customer reply
I really want a function that customer can input the free text for existing ticket (ticket created already). I need to make report with statistics data, therefore the satisfaction survey is not suitable.

Hello,
I'm a newbie too.
Isn't enough, for your pourpose, the freetext available in the survey itself ?
Just to better understand your requirements.
Kind regards,
Massimo
